Coronavirus and covid-19 charts
I have created an automated process, written in R, that takes data compiled for the Johns Hopkins covid-19 dashboard, and publishes charts on my twitter feed as the data is updated.
There is a different chart for each country. The height of the bars on this chart show the number of confirmed cases, on a log-scaled Y axis. The colors within each bar are linear proportions of the number of active cases (yellow), deaths (red), and those that recovered (green).
An example of the most recent chart for the USA is below.
