Week 6 was full of crazy upsets, but the power ranking table stays the same at the top and the bottom. The middle changes dramatically.
- | Queens (0) |
- | San Francisco (0) |
- | New Jersey (0) |
- | Dallas (0) |
- | Carolina (+4) |
- | Miami (0) |
- | Chicago (+1) |
- | Seattle (-3) |
- | Boston (-2) |
- | Arizona (0) |
- | Philadelphia (0) |
- | Baltimore (0) |
- | Tennessee (0) |
- | New York (0) |
Now, the Sluggers are going to ask this question. How could we win a match, and DROP three places? Good question, I was wondering that myself. Well, the Sluggers beat New York, true, but New York is very weak competition. Therefore, the Sluggers should have really put the hurt on New York, and because they did NOT thrash them, their power ranking went down. If they had won 3-1, it would have put them above Chicago. If they had won 3.5-0.5, they would have remained in fifth place on the rankings.
Next week ought to be interesting, especially between Queens and New Jersey!
